New clients failed to complete setup on their first attempt over 40% of the time because the process spanned multiple screens and required technical knowledge. I designed and shipped an AI agent that walks clients through the entire setup in a single conversation, with built-in guardrails to prevent errors.
Enterprise clients had no way to automatically check if customer data met regulatory requirements before sending it to partners. I built a compliance engine with six integrations and a rules system where clients set up their rules once and they apply everywhere.
The platform had 15+ subscription plans with no clear upgrade path, making it impossible to grow revenue per subscriber. As the sole PM working across four engineering squads, I redesigned the pricing into three tiers and migrated every active subscriber without a single billing error.
Three marketing teams were using separate tools, sending members too many messages with outdated contact data. I consolidated all contacts into a single database and built rules to control how often each member is contacted across all channels.
A bit about me
Brazilian with Italian roots, married to an Aussie. Sydney is home. Outside of work I keep things pretty simple: Jiu Jitsu a few times a week, old records, a film camera I am still learning, and plenty more I pick up along the way.
