Setup used to span multiple screens and require technical knowledge. I designed and shipped a deterministic agent: guided flows, schema-bound tool calls, and human confirmation before every execution. No free-form generation ever touches client data. In production across multiple companies since October 2025.
Enterprise clients repeated the same setup for every campaign, and inbound leads carried no compliance checks. Rebuilt the model around inheritance and shipped six real time validation integrations: configuration defined once, applied everywhere.
15+ plans differentiated by content, with no upgrade path. Consolidated them into three technology based tiers, then coordinated four squads to migrate every active subscriber with zero downtime and zero billing errors.
Three teams were messaging the same members four times a week off lists with 58% accuracy. Centralised 1.5M contacts, built behavioural lead generation, enforced frequency governance.
A bit about me
Brazilian with Italian roots, married to an Aussie, and now calling Sydney home. Outside work, I keep things pretty simple: Jiu Jitsu a few times a week, a film camera I am still figuring out, and plenty of other hobbies I am not much chop at yet.
