Senior Product Manager · Sydney
Over 10 years in enterprise SaaS and consumer platforms at scale. Now focused on AI-driven products in regulated environments where the stakes are regulatory fines, lost revenue, or broken subscriber trust.
New client setup had a 40%+ first-attempt failure rate due to complex multi-screen configuration. Led the design and delivery of a deterministic AI agent using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) with schema-bound guardrails that guides enterprise clients through the full delivery setup in a single conversation.
Enterprise clients in insurance and finance had no way to validate leads against TCPA regulations, Do Not Call registries, or fraud signals before delivery. Designed and shipped six compliance integrations and a Lead Type inheritance architecture that lets clients configure validation rules once and apply them across all campaigns automatically.
The platform had 15+ fragmented subscription plans with no upgrade path or upsell mechanic. As the sole Product Manager across 60+ engineers, led the redesign to a Good/Better/Best model, coordinated three prerequisite projects across four squads, and migrated every active subscriber without a single billing error.
Three separate marketing tools run by three teams were sending members ~4 messages per week with only 58% contact list accuracy and no frequency governance. Reframed the problem from a tooling request to a data governance initiative. Centralised all contacts into BigQuery and built frequency rules that enforced cross-channel coordination for the first time.
A bit about me
Brazilian with Italian roots, married to an Aussie. Sydney is home. Outside of work I keep things pretty simple: Jiu Jitsu a few times a week, old records, a film camera I am still learning, and plenty more I pick up along the way. This city makes it easy to get the most out of every season. Still working on my Australian sense of humour. Endlessly curious about where technology, design, and how things are built intersect.
