In my most recent position at Brasil Paralelo, a streaming company, I was able to achieve significant growth, propelling the product from 250k to 500k subscribers and doubling annual revenue achieving BHAG by streamlining subscriptions system, introducing pivotal features, and enhancing infrastructure.
My Proccess
Product and Business leadership: I prioritize the development and coaching of empowered teams in safe, fulfilling environments. My focus is on creating systems and structures that provide teams with the strategic context necessary to make informed decisions and respond quickly to the needs of both customers and the business.
Product management: develop a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring teams work on the right problems that benefit customers and the business, and designing systems for execution and delivery.
Product discovery: Using design thinking, I apply a user-centric approach to product discovery, solving user and business problems to improve product/market fit.
Development process design: Collaborating with engineering leaders, I understand the needs of developers and the broader organization, designing development processes that align with the culture and encourage participation from all stakeholders.
User experience research & design: I have a range of skills in user experience research and design, including usability testing, participatory design, concept testing, and surveys. I am proficient in content audits, style guides, content creation, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and concept development, and keep these skills current.
